1. Order Cancellations & Changes
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After that, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be changed.

2. Returns & Refunds
You can return a product and ask for a refund if:

You request it within 7 days of receiving the item

The product is unused, in original packaging, and in good condition
- To return the product due to a missing item during delivery, it is mandatory to have an unboxing video. Without the unboxing video, your exchange request will be rejected.
How to request a refund:

Email us at care@sugarpods.com with your order number, reason for return, and a video of the product
(Video is required for damaged or missing items) -
We’ll review your request and let you know the next steps

If approved, send the product back to the address we provide

Once we receive and check it, we’ll issue your refund within 5–10 business days
Note: Returns without proper video proof for damage/missing issues may not qualify for a refund.
3. Exchanges
You can ask for an exchange if:

You request it within 7 days of getting the item

The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

The new item (color, model, size) is available
Once we get and check the original item, we’ll send the replacement within 3–5 working days
4. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your order is damaged, defective, or incomplete:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- To exchange the product due to a missing item during delivery, it is mandatory to have an unboxing video. Without the unboxing video, your exchange request will be rejected.

We’ll check and either send a replacement or refund you, as per your choice
5. Return Shipping

If the product was delivered correctly but you want to return it, you’ll need to pay for return shipping

Use a trackable courier service

We are not responsible if the return shipment is lost
