Replacement Policy:

Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Video proof is mandatory for package opening without cut and pause for replacement or return.
We will arrange a pickup for the product 3-5 days. If reverse pickup is not available in your pincode, kindly send it to our warehouse address.
Once we receive and clear your product through our internal quality check, we will dispatch the replacement product to you at no additional cost.
